Three parks. Three routes.

Each guide covers the route, current difficulty rating, what to pack, and when the trail is accessible.

Trail information for Canadian provincial parks

Goodfield Daily collects publicly available trail data from provincial park authorities and published trip reports. Each guide notes the official difficulty classification, typical distance and elevation figures, gear considerations, and the seasonal window when the trail is open.

Trail conditions change. Snow, washouts, and closures can alter access on short notice. Always confirm current status with the relevant provincial park authority before departing.

Difficulty Scale Used
  • Easy — Well-marked trail, minimal elevation gain, suitable for most fitness levels
  • Moderate — Some steep sections, 300–700 m elevation gain, day-pack weight
  • Moderate–Hard — Multi-day distance or sustained climbing over 700 m
  • Strenuous — Significant elevation, exposed terrain, or technical sections
